3 dark ales paired with 3 types of oysters SERVED AS HALF DOZEN OR FULL DOZEN & paired with 5 ounces of each ale.

FROM THE SEA:

EFFINGHAM OYSTERS:
Nurtured and grown in the deep waters on the West Coast of Vancouver Island in a remote pristine environment, Effingham Inlet oysters have plump cream colored meat with a vibrant briny flavor and smooth lettuce like finish.

MARIN MIYAGI OYSTERS:The Marin Miyagi Oyster has a smooth texture and mild flavor with a kiwi-like aftertaste.  Its heavy, fluted shell contains a morsel of full-flavored, slightly salty meat.

HAMMERSLEY INLET OYSTERS:
Hammersley Inlet is located in southern Puget Sound. The oyster is mildly salty, rich, plump, and sweet.

FROM THE BREWERY:

DRAFT FAIRFAX COFFEE PORTER: Infused with a special blend of coffee from “Fairfax Roasters”, this English style porter has hints of chocolate and roasted nuts.  Draught dispensed

NITRO SLESS OATMEAL STOUT: GOLD MEDAL, 2008 WORLD BEER CUP Dark, hardy, thick, rich, roasted and chocolaty, this ale is amazingly smooth due to the generous addition of oats.  Nitrogen dispensed.

DRY HOPPED, CASK CONDITIONED SLESS STIMULATING STOUT: Our award winning stout, fermented in a traditional firkin with whole, dried English style “Fuggles” hop flowers.
