This holiday season for 12 days only Iron Spring’s Pub and Brewery is proud to present our Farm to Fork cattle pack tasting of local grass pastured beef. From nose to tail; yes literally.
Starting Friday December 12, we will be featuring a different preparation of locally raised organic beef provided by Sun Fed Farms. Each night, from December 12 through December 24 you will be able to enjoy an amalgam of different dishes all originating from the same animal.
While we wait for our Porterhouse Steaks and Prime Rib to dry age, we will be able to enjoy a few of the following delights; Porter braised short ribs, Pot Roast “Confit”, Mince meat of Sirloin, Hand ground Range burger with locally foraged mushrooms and bone marrow, Mu Shu Style beef, English seared liver & onions, Oxtail & Beef tongue Bolognese, Churasco Hind Quarter Mixed Grill, House Smoked brisket pastrami, and others to follow.»
