Michael LaMacchia and April Grisman
The April Grisman/Michael LaMacchia Project (AMP) is coming back to Fairfax for a very special evening at The Iron Springs! The band features April Grisman, Michael LaMacchia, Jim Bove, and Rob Fordyce. This is the coming together of two well known and respected artists from the very talented Marin County music scene. They are already receiving a word of mouth “buzz” over their original music. This new and dynamic collaboration is producing songs that suggest inspirational hints of Stevie Wonder to Cat Stevens with harmonic emotional influences that span from Jazz to Led Zeppelin. The music of “AMP” is rich and diverse with a new feeling and fresh sound, yet is still familiar to the ear, body and soul.
Wednesday April 19th

Composed of four of the Bay Area’s most exciting instrumentalists, the Pickers will take you on a freight-train ride from the deepest roots of American music to outer-space and back. Gary Adler: Guitar/Vocals, Elliott Shannonhouse: Guitar, Mark Lahti: Bass, Andrew Griffin: Drums
