August 15th – Environmental Action Committee of West Marin
The Environmental Action Committee of West Marin is a tenacious, highly effective grassroots advocacy organization founded in 1971 that is dedicated to the protection and appreciation of West Marin’s wild lands, wildlife, wilderness, watersheds, and rural character. August 22nd – Ceres Community Project of Marin
Ceres Community Project delivers free, healing organic meals to Marin residents facing a health crisis like cancer. The meals are prepared by teen volunteers, who learn to cook and eat for health, and gain job and leadership skills. We welcome teen and adult volunteers to join us in creating a healthier community. KWMR, West Marin Community Radio, is thrilled to be the recipient of Iron Springs’ Give Back Tuesdays program on August 29th, 2017!
