In The Clear

In The Clear is a collaboration New England-style IPA we did with Benoit Casper brewing in Richmond CA. We fined it to drop out most of that NEIPA signature chalky yeast look to go for something cleaner looking without compromising that nice hop forward low bitterness that is common for that style. Finished with gobs of Amarillo and Centennial hops to give it a pronounced apricot flavor with a nice clean malt finish for balance.»
