We brewed a Marzen-style Lager and then added over 50 lbs of fresh harvested California grown Organic Centennial Hops from Hopsmeister up in Clear Lake. A clean light amber lager with a nice fruit sugar cereal aroma and finish. Prost!»
Our latest hop forward pale ale/session IPA style beer. Super tropical peachy from all the Citra and danky from the NZ Nelson Sauvin hops.»
This is not an “IPL” as I think that India Pale Lagers are stupid. We made a meatier Pilsner-style lager and late hopped the bejeezus out of it in a west coast sort of way.»
