November 3rd- River Ecology Project

River Otter 2015This Tuesday we’ll be supporting the River Otter Ecology Project.  River Otters have returned to the SF Bay Area, and this is good news for our watersheds!  As wetlands and watersheds are restored, and conservation measures are taken, river otters are able to find food and habitat to thrive once more.  The conditions that make watersheds healthy for otters (clean water, functioning ecosystem, plenty of healthy fish), make them healthy for all of us.  The River Otter Ecology project is a volunteer-run citizen science project providing research, education for adults and children, and lots of volunteer opportunities.  Their mission is to support wetland restoration with research, education and restoration partnerships.  Check out their videos and photos of local river otters at Facebook.com/BayAreaOtters, and type on over to their website at riverotterecology.org

Todos Santos

Todos Santos is Wendy Fitz, Gary Bauman, and Jack Pribble; an acoustic trio created in the small village in Baja California that inspired the name. The band’s sound has been described as “Cantina Americana”, a harmony driven mixture of soaring vocals, fiery guitars, and accordion. The music is roots to the core and includes not only originals but also many unique covers.

Voluntary Ale

A second and third running beer made from the mash of the Mark Twain’s Summer Ale. This is more of an northern English Brown Ale with plenty of roast and toast.»
