Kent Lake Kolsch:
Our rendition of this classic from Cologne is brewed with all German
ingredients. This light and crisp ale holds many characteristics of a lager; tangy and tart notes are
attributed to the slight addition of acidulated malt.
Hops: Tettnang, Hallertau Abv: 4.5% O.G.: 1.050
Grain Bill: German Pilsner, German Wheat, Vienna, Munich, Acidulated

Shining Star Pale Ale:
This American Pale is well balanced, light and crisp. Lingering citrus and grassy hop notes entertain the palate, while it is still mellow enough to be enjoyed any time.

Chazz Cat Rye Ale:

Honey Blonde Ale:
A light bodied Blonde Ale made with Organic Pilsner and 20% Honey Malt. The beer is light bodied with flavors of clover honey and toasted cereal. The finish is crisp and refreshing.
Hops: Galena, Crystal, & Ahtanum ABV: 5.9% O.G.: 1.057
Grain Bill: Organic Pilsner, Honey, and Munich Malts plus Oats.

JC Flyer I.P.A. (India Pale Ale):
We wanted to experiment with some different hops and we thought the IPA would be a great vehicle for this. Quickly becoming a new favorite, this IPA has great floral notes, while being smoother than the Iron Springs IPA. Big & Bold, yet smooth & mellow.
Hops: Chinook, Palisades,Cluster, Nuggets & a generous amount of Simcoe whole leaf hop in the finish Grain Bill: All Pale malts such as Marris Otter, wheat, victory, & carapils

Casey Jones Imperial I.P.A.:
This double IPA has twice the hops and grains as its counterpart. Significant floral, citrus, and peppery notes on the nose, yet even with the enormous hop profile, the huge grain bill results in a very well balanced brew.

Late Seasonal Draught:

Infused with real “Marin Roasters” coffee, this English style porter has hints of chocolate and roasted nuts. Very dark in color, but not quite as heavy as the stout, the porter is dispensed with nitrogen gas, replicating natural carbonation.

finest pedal steel player around: Barry Sless, this one is layered with flavors.

A single hopped International style pale ale. The hop used all the way through including in the dry hopping is called Aramis, grown in the Alsatian region of France. This pale ale has a slight cereal malt flavor, a clean and silky body, and a dominate earthy/citrusy noble hop presence. Wheat free.

A strange yet very cool mammal and Belgian inspired spiced amber ale infused with fresh thyme and bitter orange peel. The blend of herbs and spice from the yeast play well together in this low hopped amber ale. Wheat free.

Edwin’s Winterscotch Ale
This Scottish-Style “Wee Heavy” is brewed annually just in time for the holidays. The Scotch is dark amber in color and has a light smoky caramel taste that dominates the overall flavor. The long finish carries an intense toasted caramel followed by a clean malt balance. Created by Iron Springs’ own Phil Meeker.

Bonnie Prince Charlie’s 90:
Named after the “Young Pretender” who led the heroic yet unsuccessful 1745 Jacobite uprising vs. the British in Scotland. This award winning recipe is a collaboration brew done with Sonoma Beerocrat homebrewer Mike Kelly. This classic styled beer is dark amber in color, lightly hopped in a single addition, and has mild flavors of toasted chestnuts and figs. Very drinkable without tasting very strong in alcohol

Dark Path Lager
