A very special Saturday night of music with Soul Ska

Soul Ska is a 10-piece San Francisco Bay Area collective formed in 2014 dedicated to keeping SKA music alive! The band serves up a high-energy mix of original and classic Jamaican/UK ska covers to ever growing audiences. The band is comprised of veteran Bay Area musicians:

-Jonathan Korty – keys (Vinyl/Les Claypool’s Electric Apricot)

-Lex Razon – drums (Vinyl/Ernest Ranglin)

-Ryan Scott – trumpet ( Monophonics/Katdelic)

Come out and celebrate the night before Thanksgiving with a great night of music featuring Chris Haugen.  Known for his musical intuition, creative drive, inventive style, and solid roots chops, Chris has produced four critically acclaimed records and is looking forward to entertaining Fairfax with a trio of friends.

Shakey Zimmerman

Shakey Zimmerman brings a fresh, authentic, true-to-form sound to venues throughout California. The acoustic/electric band is led by Bay Area musician Pat Nevins on guitar, vocals, and harmonica. Shakey Zimmerman packs the powerhouse and iconic songs of legendary songwriters Bob Dylan and Neil Young. The songs are carried by Nevins, who has an uncanny ability to channel both Dylan and Young’s trademark voices, while giving them his own stamp.
