Kent Lake Kolsch:

*WINNER, BRONZE MEDAL, 2011 GREAT AMERICAN BEER FESTIVAL, GOLDEN/BLONDE ALE*
Our rendition of this classic from Cologne is brewed with all German
ingredients.  This light and crisp ale holds many characteristics of a lager with some tangy and tart notes. Water for this beer is locally sourced from Kent Lake.

Alsatian Pale Ale:

A single hopped European-style pale ale, made with oatmeal and has a cereal malt flavor, a clean, silky body, and a dominating earthy/citrus noble hop presence. The Aramis hops used come from the Alsatian region of France. Wheat free.

Ales for ALS Pale Ale:

Hoppy Pale Ale made with German malt and a hop blend of Citra, Mosaic, HBC 291, HBC 436, HBC 366, and HBC 344 from Loftus Ranches in Yakima. Proceeds from the sale of this beer go directly to ALS TDI, a research institute that is helping to develop better treatments and eventually a cure to ALS

Saison D’Ete

Farmhouse style pale beer spiced with Fennel Pollen and Lemon Verbena.

JC Flyer I.P.A.:

A Fairfax favorite! This IPA is smooth with great floral notes; big & bold, yet smooth & mellow.

The Crippla’

Strong Double Pale Ale brewed with German malts, Oatmeal, and hopped delicately with Sorachi Ace and Citra

Casey Jones Imperial I.P.A.:

This double IPA has twice the hops and grains as its counterpart.  Significant floral, citrus, and peppery notes on the nose, yet even with the enormous hop profile, the huge grain bill results in a very well balanced brew.

Epiphany Ale:

*WINNER, BRONZE MEDAL, 2006 WORLD BEER CUP, AMERICAN RED ALE*
A Pacific Northwest hoppy amber ale with floral and citrus aromas.  Ready for an Epiphany?!  There is a great story to how this beer got its name.  If you are curious please ask Mike. Wheat free.

Anne Marie’s Amber Ale:

Caramel, toffee, and slight chocolate notes accent this complex American style amber that is full of crystal malts and minimal in hop flavor or bitterness.  This ale is generously sweet, yet bold, like the woman for whom it was named.

Fairfax Coffee Porter:

The Coffee Porter returns! Our classic robust porter infused with a cold press extraction of fresh roasted coffee from our neighbors at Fairfax Coffee Roastery. Rich in toffee and chocolate flavor and big on coffee aroma.

Sless’s Stimulating Oatmeal Stout:

*WINNER, GOLD MEDAL, 2008 & 2014 WORLD BEER CUP, OATMEAL STOUT*

Dark, hardy, thick, rich, roasted and chocolaty, this ale is amazingly smooth due to the generous addition of whole oats.  Named for a friend of Iron Springs and easily the finest pedal steel player around, Barry Sless, this one is layered with flavors.

About our beers:

All of our beers are hand crafted on location in 10 barrel batches.  We start with the freshest water from the seven Marin reservoirs, as well as the Russian River, and add the finest ingredients available on the global market.  While remaining true to traditions, each of our beers also brings its own unique characteristics to the palate.  From the brew-house to the taps, to your glass, without filtration, our beers are “alive” and made with great care and craftsmanship.

We also offer bottles of the Crispin “The Saint” which is a Cider made with Maple Syrup and fermented with a Belgian Trappist Yeast, Bitburger Drive N/A Beer, and Brunehalt Belgian Gluten-free beer.
